Die Übersicht anpassen

Hallo,
ich suche nach eine Möglichkeit in der Übersicht ein Feld anzulegen, wo man auch ein Beschreibungsfeld sehen kann und man dort zu den wichtigen Informationen noch andere Angaben machen kann.. wie z.B. Mitarbeiter, Kauf, Leasing oder die Inventarnummer bzw. Barcodenummer. So weit ich weiß, ist es auch für viele andere wichtig solche ähnlichen Daten un der Übersicht zu sehen und hoffe auch auf eine Lösung.
