      Hi,

I'm running i-doit 0.9.9 and I want it to move on a different host.
Therefor I installed a fresh new i-doit installation on the new host, made a complete CMDB export on the old server and imported it on the new host.

Unfortunatelly after the import there are several items missing (e.g. old install: 10 switches -> new install: 7 switches; neraly all contacts are missing)

Are you already aware of this issue?

      Cheers
      B

No not really, but we generally recommend to move the mysql databases to your new host instead of using our xml importer. Then you should have all your data

          Hi,

I moved the complete installation as well as the mysql dumps onto the new server, but while login I only get the following error:

          isys_exception_database : isys_exception_database

          what might have gone wrong?

This could be almost everything. Isn't there any other output?
