Problem beim Filedownload unter https

Hallo,
haben noch die Version 09.4-5 im Einsatz. Unter http gibt es keine Problem, haben jetzt aber für Zugriff von Extern den Zugriff unter https freigeschaltet. Hier ist ein Download der vorhandenden Dateien nicht möglich. Habe Testhalber mal bis 9.71 upgedatet, Problem blieb bestehen.Fehlermeldung: Index.php kann nicht herunter geladen werden. Muss dazu gestehen das wir dei Daten von einem alten Server migriert haben. Aber unter http war uns wie gesagt keine Fehler aufgefallen.
Schön wenn jemand eine Idee hat.
