Fehler bei Update 0.9.9 Report-Manager

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Problem bei dem Update 0.9.9 des Report Managers. Leider kann ich dieses Fehler nicht deuten, nur dass es sich auf den ersten Eintrag bezieht und etwas mit dem Logbuch zu tun haben muss. Über hilfe oder Lösungsvorschläge wäre ich daher sehr dankbar.
Fehlermeldung:
isys_exception_database : Query error: 'SET @REPORT_ID = (SELECT isys_report__id FROM isys_report WHERE isys_report__title = 'Logbook' AND isys_report__type = 's')': Subquery returns more than 1 row
