QR Code wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo,
ich habe folgende Herausforderung (Problem hört sich immer so negativ an :-))
Bei meiner Installation wird kein QR Code angezeigt. Stelle ich auf Code39 um, funktioniert es. php_gd ist aktiv und "Manuell" kann ich den QR anzeigen lassen.
IST Zustand grafisch
Folgender code taucht im img Tag auf
src="src/tools/php/qr/qr_img.php?d=http://cmdb.abteilung2.net/%3FobjID%3D58&s=2"Ändere ich im Firebug den code im img Tag manuell auf die SysID
src="src/tools/php/qr/qr_img.php?d=1323534327&s=2"Ist der QR zu sehen. Nimmt man sein Smartphone und knippst, ist es die SysID. Also passt das.
Da ich eher Perl progge und null Ahnung von der Smarty Engine habe, frage ich lieber vorher.
Kann man oder besser wie ist die Datei main_objectdetail.tpl anzupassen?Oder liegt der Fehler gar ganz wo anders?
