      Hi,

How should Network Attached Storage be handled within i-doit?

The reason I ask is with SAN & RDBMS, it is possible to create a dependency between a specific service on a host/storage system and client systems. It doesn't seem possible with network attached storage.

So far all I can find is to create a server with the shares defined, and then on client systems add a drive with nfs://hostname/sharename as the title so that the mount would be visible when inspecting the client information. It doesn't create an implicit relation to be set up between the client and the server/export though.

      regards,
      Colin.
