Empty referenced i-doit objects for ticket (in RT)
I have configured idoit and RT and have installed the Reference-idoit-objects extension in RT.
The issue I have is that when i click 'Referenced idoit objects tab in the RT, there is nothing to select on the page it loads.
I have successfully registered my RT mysql instance in idoit. I can successfully push Custom fields from idoit to RT and they show up in the ticket.
However, I was hoping that I can view idoit objects, secifically, I was hopoing to browse them from RT. Can someone tell me what am I missing here?
I am running RT 4.2 and idoit 0.9.9-7
