attachments cannot be sent. The report is sent as a table in the e-mail.

You can modify the e-mail template and add additional information to the e-mail via predetermined placeholders. Also you can add additional attributes to the table.

are you using an admin account or ist your account restricted? It seem that you are missing access rights to some object types or a function as there is no overview name "by object" which lists the objects connected with your selected dialogue.

I have the same problem in I-doit V.24 and SUSE 15.4

So at the moment this is not possible. A Feature Feedback already exists

Is there any guidelines what are the necessary options to create such devices ? I see very limited contents on internet about idoIT.

Cannot help with the filesize.

But think twice about handling files with i-doit. I find it very cumbersome and time consuming.

My suggestion:
Automate the export to a folder.
Optional: provide access to this folder via a webserver
Link from i-doit to this fodler.

We have an file server running, so that would be the best solution? So not to store Windows pre-build config images/barracuda config files on i-Doit?

I tried the external File-Link i added like this: Z:\i-doit-test config,

its an fileserver share, but it does not work. so there should be something else?

I am trying to understand, since this issue is still not solved on our side.

So as previous told.

We have created a membergroup in AD-DS

So i have made an LDAP connection in i-Doit, it found 36 objects.
And we can login using our windows credentials.

But if you never was logged in i-Doit will not see your account. So you need to login at least one time.

This i need to change.
I want to know where he stores the logged in users?
Is it possible to have group where it stores? and i put all of them there.

Because i need to have the "view group" enabled that users can see some things in i-Doit, so its easier to give rights to an group then individuals.

We USE XAMPP webserver on Windows therefore the knowledge base is not applicable for our solution.

do you have make a cronjob (maybe) daily do send notifications?

In the knowledgebase is a good article to configure notifications.

At the end of the page you get a command to send the notifications.

This command must run (as a cronjob) regulary.
