HW-change und vorgehensweise

Hallo zusammen,
was wäre sinnvollste vorgehensweise wenn:
- Ein Switch100 geht Kaputt in Rack1 und wird zur Wartung verschickt
- Eine andere Switch200 aus Rack2 wird Physikalisch in die Stelle von Switch100 in Rack1 als Ersatz.
Wie kann man alle Einstellungen von Switch100 über an Switch200 kopieren?
