Hallo zusammen,
wenn ich eine Gruppe unter den Kontakten erstelle, dann kommt folgende Meldung!!

Kann du überhäupt Personen anlegen, wenn das auch nicht funktioniert hast du Probleme mit den Rechten auf deiner DB.

Hallo Danke für die Antwort, hat sich aber erledigt!!
Ich bin inzwischen von I-Doit ab, da mir die entwicklung zu langwierig ist.
Da ich sowieso schon OTRS (Als Helpdesk) eingesetzt habe, habe ich gleich die neuste Version genommen, da ist ein CMDB nach ITIL dabei, die so ähnich Funzt wie i-doit. Außerdem ist OTRS weiter verbreitet, sodass man mehr hilft findet.#

Das kann ich irgendwie nicht nachvollziehen.
OTRS ist ein Ticketsystem, aber doch keine Dokumentationssoftware - oder täusche ich mich da?

Ich auch nicht. Zumindest, wenn man sich mal anschaut was da alles CMDB heisst. Schuster, bleib bei deinen Leisten. Ist ja auch der Grund, warum im i-doit noch kein eigenes Ticketsystem drinnen ist
