SSL certificate installation on Server 2019 via XAMPP but how?

hope you all doing fine?

I have an question.

Have running i-doit on an XAMP server on windows server 2019 what is joined to the domain.

It is up and running for so far. But now the real question.
How to get SSL working?

Since the server where is i-doit installed on does not have internet access, letsencrypt win-acme will not work, since there are no bindings.

I used the makecert.bat file from apache self to create an SSL connection, on the local/same server on IE it works fine, it works over SSL. But now the rest of the machines and clients.

We have several servers running,
2 domain controllers, on the DC02 the Certificate Authority role is installed.
On the 3th server the i-doit with XAMPP is installed, since this was the solution via the knowledgebase. i did not change the htdocs forget to do so i dont know if there will be an impact, but i dont think so.
