Fehler: Neuanlage Datei über "Upload-Wizard" mit IE 7

Hallo,
verwendet man den Datei Upload-Wizard mit dem IE 7 wird die Datei 2x angelegt.Vorgehensweise: Neues Objekt Wartungsvertrag angelegt. Mit dem Upload Wizard wird dann eine neue Datei hochgeladen. Zuordnung der neu hochgeladenen Datei zum Wartungsvertrag.
Geht man jetzt ins Objekt "Dateien" sind dort 2 Einträge zur eben angelegten Datei. Bei einem Eintrag fehlt dann der Verweis auf die eigentliche Datei.
Mit dem Firefox klappt es ohne Probleme, hier tritt das geschilderte Verhalten nicht auf.
