@inasutin PolyTrack said in The search filter date does not work in customfield after upgrade:

      Hello!
After upgrade from 30 PRO to 33 version i-Doit does not search for anything from the custom made "Maintenance service" section from the search window, and this is not good...

Can you help me find the fault?
      Regards,
      Inna

      Hi Inna,

after the upgrade this is often related to indexing or search configuration. I’d suggest checking these points first:

Rebuild the search index (Admin → System tools → Re-index / Rebuild search).

Verify that your custom object type “Maintenance service” is marked as searchable in the object type configuration.

Check if any custom attributes in that section were set to “not searchable” after the upgrade.

If it still doesn’t work, have a look at the i-doit log files for errors during indexing — that usually points directly to the cause.

    • RE: Best revenue cycle management for urgent care

@merlinmay run3 You’re absolutely right — urgent care billing really depends on speed and accuracy. Because visits are high-volume and same-day, even small coding or documentation gaps can quickly lead to denials or delayed payments. Strong front-end insurance verification, clear provider documentation, and regular coding audits are key to keeping revenue flowing and reducing rework.
