Fehler während Update auf 0.9.9

Hoffe ihr könnt mit etwas weiter helfen.
Bekomme beim versuch auf 0.9.9 von 0.9.8.3 folgende Fehlermeldung nachdem ich auf
"Ja ich will jetzt updaten!" oder so ähnlich, klicke.
