Nagios Export can't find contacts

I tried to add Contacts and contants members, but I get the error": 'contactgroup (alias "") has 0 members!"
Do you have a better tutorial for exportiing cfg files to Nagios successfully?
I'm using version i-doit 1.16.3 OPEN version and the latest Nagios Export add-in.
This Kb-article doesn't has enough information to create a successfull Nagios export.
