HTTP 500 bei frisch installiertem Workflow Modul

Hallo zusammen!
ich habe gerade das Workflow Modul installiert, erhalte bei Aufruf aber HTTP 500. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich, was ich versäumt haben könnte?

Edit: Der Fehler tritt auf beim Aufruf von Übersicht, Vorlagen und Workflows, die Email-Templates funktionieren.
