kann man bei Diensten, ähnlich wie bei Servern, den Zugriff definieren?

Ja, das ist ohne Probleme möglich. Dazu muss man lediglich den Objekttyp 'Dienste' konfigurieren. Dazu klickst du auf 'Software' in der Hauptnavigation und gleich darauf wieder auf 'Software' im MenuTree. Dort hast du dann die Möglichkeit der Konfiguration.
