Kein pid-file vom crond

Ich verwende Slackware 12.0 mit dcron-2.3.3 (Dillon's Cron daemon). /usr/sbin/crond läuft, aber ohne eine pid Datei. Bei der Installation komme ich nicht weiter wegen dem Fehler: "Location of crond PID File: /var/run/crond.pid MISSING".
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit wie ich es trotzdem nutzen kann?

Ja, ich habe i-doit gestern zum ersten mal runtergeladen und es sollte die Version 0.9.1 sein.

hmmm,
am besten du erstellst einfach ne crond.pid, denn ohne die läuft die installation leider nicht ohne weiteres durch.also:
touch /var/run/crond.pidund diese dann auswählen. Der Inhalt ist vollkommen egal, i-doit checked nur ob da oder nicht.
