Numerisches Format - Formfaktor / Geldwert

Hi!
Bei den Benutzereinstellungen kann ich für das numerische Format "Deutsch" oder "Englisch" einstellen. Allerdings sehe ich hiervon beim Formfaktor kein Auswirkung da alle Größenangaben im englischen Format eingegeben werden müssen und auch dargestellt werden.
Beim Geldwert könnte man denken, dass die Eingabe und auch die Anzeige korrekt funktioniert und wundert sich dann, dass die Zahlen in deutscher Schreibweise dargestellt werden, obwohl man zum Testen gerade auf das englische Format umgeschaltet hatte.
Fehlt mir hier irgendwo eine Einstellung (php.ini, config_inc.php) oder ist das ein Feature?Gruß
