Error 13 bei Database Port 3306

Hallo Zusammen,
ich möchte i-doit unter Centos 6 installieren und bekomme bei der Webkonfiguration immer die Fehlermeldung "Databaseport: 3306 Error 13" auf der Seite "Config Check". Als Datenbankserver habe ich localhost und auch schon die IP probiert.
Deshalb kann ich die Installation nicht abschließen.
Kennt einer den Fehler und weis, was zu tun ist? Telnet IP/localhost 3306 funktioniert.

Es könnte sein das das Centos Netzwerk Verbindungen aus Sicherheitsgründen verbietet, so wie hier beschrieben: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4078205/php-cant-connect-to-mysql-with-error-13-but-command-line-can

ja, es war SELinux.
Ich wollte es sofort nach der Installation ausschalten, habe es aber vergessen.
