Zugriff auf idoit aus geroutetem Netzwerk

Hallo Zusammen
Ich habe das Problem, dass wenn das idoit hinter einem Router ist und ich aus einem anderen Subnet zugreife bestimmte Funktionen (wie Layer3 Netze) nicht ausführen kann. Es kommt dann immer Verbindungsabbruch oder es bleibt einfach stehen.
Greift jemand von Euch auf idoit zu und befindet sich in einem anderen Subnet? Ich habe schon einige Tests gemacht und es kommt überall auf dasselbe raus.

Ja, Zugriff aus diversen anderen Subnets ist bei uns ohne Probleme Möglich.
