Bug beim Ändern der Eigenschaften eines bereits angelegten Raums

Folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte ich beim Versuch, bei einem bereits angelegten Raum nachträglich die die Eigenschaften unter RAUM zu verändern.
Kann mir jemand helfen ?Vielen Dank im voraus un Grüße aus Norddeutschland
