Missing items after import
-
Hi,
I'm running i-doit 0.9.9 and I want it to move on a different host.
Therefor I installed a fresh new i-doit installation on the new host, made a complete CMDB export on the old server and imported it on the new host.Unfortunatelly after the import there are several items missing (e.g. old install: 10 switches -> new install: 7 switches; neraly all contacts are missing)
Are you already aware of this issue?
Cheers

No not really, but we generally recommend to move the mysql databases to your new host instead of using our xml importer. Then you should have all your data

Hi,
I moved the complete installation as well as the mysql dumps onto the new server, but while login I only get the following error:
isys_exception_database : isys_exception_database
what might have gone wrong?

This could be almost everything. Isn't there any other output?
