Hallo,
der LDAP Sync per "php controller.php -v -m ldap -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -i 1 sync" funktioniert grundsätzlich bei mir.
Wie kann ich diese Funktion dazu bringen auch die LDAP/AD-Firmen zu syncen oder alternativ eben dieses Feld nicht zu syncen, damit es nicht leer überschrieben wird?

In src/handler/isys_handler_ldap.class.php kannst du momentan nur den Standard durch einen anderen Wert austauschen. Definiert wird der leere Inhalt in Zeile 26:
private $m_default_company = "";
