Standort lässt sich nicht anlegen

Ich habe gestern eine neue Installation der Version 0.9.9-7 vorgenommen.
Als erstes habe ich ein Gebäude angelegt, dem ich die root-Lokation zuordnen wollte.Funktioniert nicht, ich kann zwar root-Lokation auswählen (markieren), aber wenn ich dann auf "Übernehmen" klicke, passiert nichts, Standort bleibt leer.
Unter dem Reiter "Standorte" sehe ich nur den Eintrag "Standorte" ohne Tree und ohne rechtes Panel (rechtes Panel wird nicht aktualisiert), also auch hier keine Möglichkeit, einen neuen Standort anzulegen.
