      Betrifft die Datei "isys_connector_ticketing_otrs.class.php"

      Bitte folgende Zeile von

      protected $m_ticket_url_pattern = '/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=%s';

      nach

      protected $m_ticket_url_pattern = '/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=%s';

      ändern damit der Link funktioniert.

      getestet mit OTRS 3.1.18

        vielen Dank für deine Meldung - Ich leite das mal intern weiter… Sollte dieser Bug nachgestellt werden können, übernehmen wir den Fix in das nächste Minor Release!
