SMTP-Konfiguration (MS Exchange) mit Authentifizierung

Wir haben gemäß der Anleitung http://doc.i-doit.org/wiki/DE:Systemkonfiguration die SMTP-Konfiguration vorgenommen und unseren Exchange-Server eingetragen. Der Versand hat bis dato noch nicht funktioniert, das ist das eine. Das andere: Wir möchten i-doit per Angabe von Usernamen und Passwort am Exchange für den SMTP-Versand authentifizieren. Wie können wir dies realisieren? Die entsprechenden Felder dafür sind laut Doku nicht vorgesehen.

Vergessen: wir nutzen 0.9.9.7 open auf XAMPP auf Win Server 2008 R2 Std.
