Adding DNS CNAME to IP

Hello,
I need to document DNS aliases added to IP on 3rd party DNS server.
It would be most convenient to have such possibility in "Host address" standard category.Considering above I have two questions:
To I-doit team: Is it planned to extend "Host address" by DNS alias or sth like this?
To anyone: If I create custom category for DNS alias - is it possible to create relation to IP?thanks in advance for help.

Hi,
actually Host alias will be available in i-doit 1.9! So you just have to wait a couple more days.
I attached a screenshot to show what its gonna look like.
