Custom relation definition.

Hi there!
I would like to define custom relation (in my eg. Phone to Vehicle). In manual (https://kb.i-doit.com/display/en/Object+Relations?preview=/45187086/45187085/rel1.png) I can see CMDB setting called "relationship types", but in my installation (free - no licence) I can't see "relationship types" menu. Also i have less options in "CMDB settings".
This issue is related to licence or my setup? In wiki i readed "Relation objects do not require a license.". Maybe anyone else have same issue?
My version of i-doit is 1.10.2 OPEN.
