Erstellen einer Vorlage für den QR-Code Druck

Hallo,
Ich würde gerne für jedes Objekt die Funktion eingerichtet haben über einen Etikettendrucker eine eigen erstellte Vorlage drucken zu lassen. Es soll an gewünschter Stelle "Rechner Name:" + "Rechner Adresse" ausgefüllt werden mit den jeweiligen Einträgen des Objekts und unterhalb der QR-Code zu dem Objekt.
Ist so etwas möglich?Vielen Dank schon mal für die Unterstützung!
