gibt es eine Möglichkeit nach allen Clients mit Seriennummer aber ohne zugewiesener Lokation per API (JSON) zu suchen?

nicht direkt, da es keine Methode gibt die diese Filter verwenden kann, dazu wäre ein Report am sinnvollsten.
Diesen könnte man dann über die API abrufen.
