LDAP-Sync not working

Hallo zusammen,
wenn ich versuche den LDAP-Sync auszuführen bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung "Could not login with the used login data."
Der Befehl den ich verwende ist ./controller -u controller -p PASSOWRD -i 1 -v -m ldap sync
Ich befinde mich im Verzeichnis /var/www/htmlIch habe auch folgenden Befehl probiert: php ./console.php ldap-sync --user controller --password PASSWORD --tennantId 1 --verbose --ldapServerId 1
Die Login-Daten habe ich mittlerweile nicht nur geprüft, sondern sogar das Passwort nochmal neu gesetzt.
Kann mir irgendwer sagen wo mein Denkfehler liegt?

Hallo Marcel,hast Du in der Verwaltung auch einen Benutzer für die LDAP Abfrage eingetragen?
