i-doit als CMDB für iTOP Ticketsystem?

Hallo,
hat hier evtl. schon jemand das Ticketsystem "iTop" mit i-doit als CMDB verknüpft?
Irgendwie versteh ich noch nicht so recht wie das funktionieren sollte und würde mich gern mit jemanden dazu austauschen.
Soweit ich dass verstanden habe, muss in iTOP erst ein CSV Import der zu synchronisierten Objekte erfolgen und dann zur weiteren Synchronisation eine Synchronisations-Datenquelle eingerichtet werden welche dann irgendwie über einen URL Aufruf synchen soll?
Versteh ich nicht, ist für mich irgendwie sinnfrei.....
