Update from 1.18 to 1.18.1 doesn't update the database

I am updating via the Updater in the WEBUI.
It says it updated just fine, one day later (or on another machine) I get a warning that my database (v1.18) doesn't match the source code version (v1.18.1)What should I do to make the updater also update the database?

As a sidenote - the updater even states that it skipped the database
