Session timeout nach update auf Version 27

Hallo alle miteinander,
nach dem Update zweier i-doit PRO Installationen haben wir das leidige Session Time Out Problem ebenfalls (nach ca. 30 min).
Ich habe bisher zwei Sachen herausgefunden bzw. getan:
mit: $ php -i | grep session.gc_maxlifetime
session.gc_maxlifetime => 604800 => 604800 ermittelt, was groß genug sein sollte.Im Admin Center unter System settings->Session-Session timeout den Wert auf 14400 gesetzt.
Leider ohne Wirkung.
Kann mir jemand sagen, ob ich an der richtigen Stelle bin und ob ein Neustart der Anwendung notwendig ist, damit die Änderung wirksam wird? -

Im Admin Center unter System settings->Session-Session timeout einen höheren Wert in Sekunden gesetzt, scheint nach einem Neustart in meinem Fall zu funktionieren.

was haben Sie neu gestartet? PHP-FPM,Apache oder den kompletten Server?
