Zammad TTS Integration

Hallo zusammen,
wir pilotieren gerade i-doit und ich denke ich werde es einführen.
Das Ganze läuft mit der XMPP Installation unter Windows.Jetzt würden wir gerne Zammad und i-doit verzahnen. In Zammad kann ich auf CIs aus i-doit zugreifen, das funktioniert problemlos.
Jedoch kann ich in i-doit nicht Tickets für die CIs sehen. Ich habe mal in den Entwicklertools geschaut und bilde mir ein es liegt am self-signed Zertifikat von Zammad.
Wie kann ich das "i-doit" unterjubeln, dass dies akzeptiert wird oder gar ignoriert wird?
