Can't get Past Login Screen

I got it all installed and got the login screen. When I try to login I get this after I enter the password:
isys_exception_database : Database connection to localhost:3306 failed
Check your connection and password for user "i-doit" in table "isys_mandator" and config.inc.php (Extended Information: NULL)I am assuming it should be bringing up the drop down to choose the Mandator.

Never mind….re-installed and it worked this time....not sure what was wrong but all is good now
