Lizenz löschen

Hallo,
ich kann eine einmal erstellte Lizenz nicht löschen.
Vorgehensweise:
1. Lizenzen Lizenz "MS" erstellt
2. Darunter eine Gruppe "Office"
3. Der Liste für die Gruppe "Office" eine Lizenz "test" mit Anzahl 1 zugewiesen und gespeichert.
4. Danach habe ich versucht die Lizenz wieder zu löschen was mit der folgenden Fehlermeldung endete.Fehler:
isys_exception_cmdb : CMDB Exception: Could not handle isys_cmdb_action_category_rank 0002h (0): isys_exception_cmdb : CMDB Exception: Could not delete category entries (array ( 0 => '6', )) (CMDB-DAO->rank_records) (Extended Information: 32771) (Extended Information: 32771)Bemerkung:
Die Lizenz wurde nie einem Betriebssystem oder einer Anwendung zugewiesen.Führe eine Hilfe wäre ich dankbar.
