This should be fixed in 0.9.9-2
We made a big migration from 0.9.8-x to 0.9.9 and it can be possible that you lose some data if the migration failed. Did you recognize any errors while updating to 0.9.9?
As there are few other issues with 0.9.9, decided to go back to previous version and wait for next release.
