Hallo,
das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. Allerdings ist der Proxy eingetragen.
Die Fehlermeldung sieht wie folgt aus:
Error while connecting: 56 - Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT
URL: http://reports-ng.i-doit.org//
Proxy configuration:  (
  'active' => true,
  'host' => '1xx.xx.x.xxx',
  'port' => 'aaaa',
  'user' => 'nnnnnn',
  'pass' => 'nnnnnn',

Habe im Report Manager zwar die beiden Einträge Standard Reports (leer) und Report Browser mit obiger Meldung.
i-doit in der Version 0.9.9-1 läuft bei mir auf einem MAC (unter Firefox).
