No success mapping LDAP (Active Directory) Attributes to Contacts

We have no success with mapping and syncing attributes from active directory to contacts in i-doit 1.8 OPEN after we follow the instructions here: https://kb.i-doit.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=37355601
