Is there a way to search for a particular IP address (in a global search) or network and find all related objects?

Hello Mariana,
in the global search you can search for IP address or part of IP address as a text.
So searching for "192.168.2." will show all entries with IP addresses starting with it.
Of course, the search will also find entries with that text in other fields like description.For specific lists, reports might be better for you.
