CMK CMDB Tags: locations assignment

I've found CMDB location tags doesn't work as expected.
I've create rule to assign Plants to CMDB location tag of devices.
Plant is defined as pl01:
But pl01 isn't assigned properly:

i give you a simple example how it works.
Here you see a rule that exports generic location-tag of the type city
Now i create a server and assign the location to a city.
Here you see now the "dynamic-tag". I created a city named _cloud and my server got this tag.Best regards
