I m trying to import csv file into my cmdb but I don't find the option, only xml import is proposed in Extra - Import but following this support website it should exist : https://kb.i-doit.com/display/en/CSV+Data+Import
Could you please help me ?

you are using i-doit open right? It is a feature which is only available in i-doit pro.
