Neue Kategorie erstellen 1.16.2

Hallo Zusammen,
ich versuche gerade in I-Doit 1.16.2 open eine neue Kategorie anzulegen.
Leider finde ich nur die Anleitung für die Pro Version wo man das ganze in der GUI machen kann.Gibt es eine Anleitung oder ein vorgehen, wie man das ganze in der Console/PHP/SQL machen kann?

in der i-doit OPEN gibt es diese Option nicht.
Die OPEN ist die abgespeckte Variante der PRO, wenn also etwas aus der KB in der OPEN nicht vorhanden ist ist es nur in der PRO.
