Lizenz-Verwaltung und Einkaufinformation pflegen

Hallo Leute,
wie pflegt ihr ein Lizenzen Pool, der auf mehrere Käufe zusammen erstellt wird? Mir fehlt die "Accounting" Infromation zu jeder Lizenz-Eintrag inerhalb deselbe Lizenz.
Z.B.: wir haben MS Visio 2019 Standard Lizenz als Eintrag in I-Doit.
In diesem Eintrag haben wir folgenden Lizenzen:- Volume license 10 St. (gekauft mit PO 123 an 1.1.2020)
- Volume license 4 St. (gekauft mit PO 124 an 5.1.2020)
usw.
Natürlich habe ich jetzt alle PO Information in Beschreibung-Feld jedes Eintrags, aber es ist nicht so Elegant

ich Pflege zwar keine Lizenzen
aber aktuell würde mir nur einfallen, eine benutzerdefinierte Kategorie zu erstellen die dem Lizenzen Objekttyp zugeordnet ist.
In der können dann die Buchhaltungsinformationen zu verschiedenen Lizenzschlüsseln abgelegt werden.
