    CSV Import und Dialog+ (Mehrfachauswahl)

      ich habe eine CSV mit diesem Aufbau:

      Nummer; Typ; Gruppen; Ziel
456; FAX;; Intern
784; Telefon; GruppeA,GruppeB; Intern
556; Telefon; GruppeB,GruppeC; Extern

      Wie bekomme ich es denn hin, das die Werte aus der Spalte "Gruppen" in dem Dialog+ (Mehrfachauswahl) eingetragen werden? Bei mir wird immer ein neues Element erzeugt. Zum Beispiel "GruppeA,GruppeB" und nicht die beiden Einträge "GruppeA" und "GruppeB" ausgewählt.

      Die einzelnen Gruppen sind in dem Dialog+ Feld schon alle vorhanden.

        Ich hab's nicht getestet, aber was mir bei der Knowledgebase-Seite bei den Importoptionen ins Auge fällt:

        Das sollte dann wohl auf "Kommasepariert" eingestellt sein?!

          Hallo,

          mit dieser Option habe ich aus "gespielt". Sie scheint aber wirklich nur bei Multivalue Kategorien zu helfen. Ich bei Dialog+ innerhalb eines Kategorieeintrages.

            Ohne es ausprobiert zu haben:
            mach aus GruppeA,GruppeB zwei Spalten und weise beide beim import demselben Attribut zu.
            Ich denke Dialog+ ist additiv
