Fatal error since upgrade to 24

Hello there,
Since we made upgrade (without any error) to version 24, when we click on Client, the page below return http 500 error, any other page returns error, could you help me to solve the issue ? thanks
I test all php version (7.4 to 8.0 8.1), same issue.URL?objID=110621 > return HTTP 500 fatal error

this happens when a variable report is displayed on the overview page.
