Add-on "Raumplan" funktioniert nicht und läuft auf ein 404

Hallo allerseits,
ich bin der IT-Admin unserer Firma und habe vorgestern das OK der Geschäftsleitung zum Erwerb der i-doit-Pro Version bekommen.
Nach der Neuinstallation auf einer tagesaktuellen Debian 10 Maschine und der Registrierung der Lizenz kann ich erste Geräte eintragen. Außerdem habe ich mir das Add-on "Raumplan" installiert.Leider läuft ein Aufruf des Add-ons unter Extras --> Raumplan auf einen Fehler 404 (Not found). Die "normale" URL ist: "http://meine-url/idoit" und der Aufruf vom Raumplan geht auf die URL "http://meine-url/idoit/floorplan" ; jedoch gibt es kein Unterverzeichnis "floorplan". Also scheint an der Umleitung was falsch zu laufen.
Mein System:
Debian 10
Apache 2.4.43
MariaDB 10.3.22
PHP 7.3Für Hinweise bin ich sehr dankbar.

schau mal bitte unter Verwaltung > Systemtools > Systemübersicht ob mod_rewrite in Ordnung ist.
Ansonsten muss das noch aktiviert werden, schau am besten mal unter
