jDisc Import von Support Entitlements

Hi zusammen,
wir nutzen jDisc um unsere Infrastruktur täglich zu scannen, damit wir die gesammelten Informationen dann im Anschluss ins i-doit importieren.
Uns ist aufgefallen, dass jDisc die Herstellerwartung automatisch abfragt und darstellt.
Leider haben wir bisher keine Möglichkeit gefunden, diese Information dann auch automatisch ins i-doit zu importieren.Anbei ein Bild (jDisc - Support Entitlements):
Gibt es hier eine bereits einen (automatisierten) Lösungsansatz?

zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt importiert unsere Schnittstelle die Informationen aus dem JDisc Feld "Support Entitlements" leider nicht.
Wir arbeiten aktuell an Verbesserungen für die Schnittstelle.VG

Gibt es hier ggf. eine Roadmap / einen Ausblick, was sich wann ändern wird?
Wir überlegen derzeit nämlich, jDisc ggf. durch das Lansweeper Addon (monitos) zu ersetzen, damit wir nur ein Scanningtool im Netz haben.
